My core responsibilities include:
• Spearheading end-to-end recruitment for off-plan property consultants, sales consultants, and sales managers, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.
• Managing the entire onboarding process, including offer negotiations, documentation, and orientation.
• Overseeing payroll, leave tracking, and HR compliance in accordance with UAE labour laws.
• Leveraging platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri Gulf, and professional networks to source top-tier sales talent.
• Building a performance-driven HR environment through employee engagement initiatives and structured communication.
• Collaborating with leadership to design recruitment strategies, monitor KPIs, and optimize hiring efficiency.
• Payroll system handling (e.g. SAP, Zoho People, Bayat, etc.).
• Wage Protection System (WPS) compliance.
• Managing visa processes (DHA/DHCC/MOH).
• Handling WPS, gratuity, EOSB, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensuring statutory audits and HR documentation are in place. • Implementing goal-setting frameworks (OKRs, SMART goals).
• Managing underperformance and setting probation/review plans. This role allows me to blend strategic thinking with hands-on recruitment expertise while contributing directly to the organization’s growth in Dubai’s competitive real estate sector.
